With Hood, you can easily create an online shop, increase your sales and add delivery to your business. We manage the UI/UX, logistics, payment and customer service so you can focus on what you do best - running your shop.

Everything you need to sell online in one simple and effortless app. Hood is the easiest way to increase your sales and deliver instantly. Common reasons for delayed deliveries are rush in the shops or rush with Hood delivery. We automatically adjust our time estimates based on actual times.

Where is Hood available?

Everyone, everywhere can open a shop on Hood. Our same-day delivery service is currently only available in London - where we can deliver to the M25 border.

We’re expanding fast and expect to add this service nationally soon.

How much does Hood cost for partners?

Hood provides all its services to shops completely for free. Forever.

We use Stripe as our payment processor for our partners. Stripe charges a 2% commission per customer payment.

How does it work?

You can order either on the website or by using the Hood app, available on iOS. Simply add your postcode to find all the great shops delivering in your area, browse and discover quality products and choose your delivery option.

Once the shop receives your order, they’ll get to work preparing your goods and then carefully package it. Once it's all ready to go, Hood will arrange the delivery straight to your door.

If you want to be super-organised, you can also order in advance with a scheduled delivery.

How much do deliveries cost?

The cost of same-day deliveries are calculated based on your distance from the shop. The further away you are from the shop, the higher the delivery cost. Hood has highly competitive rates for same-day delivery.

Some shops offer free delivery above a certain spend. If you’re within 3 miles of those shops, you’ll get free delivery above £30 spend. The more you spend, the cheaper the delivery.

What kind of shops are listed on Hood?

Hood partners with the best independent shops. Hood curates the best products, brands and shops so that you can trust that if you’re ordering on Hood - it’s a quality experience, from product to delivery.

Hood does not charge shops any commissions. When you shop on Hood, you are supporting local businesses and helping to build a genuine infrastructure that gives people the opportunity to be independent.

What times can I order for?

Hood delivers between 8am and 8pm 7 days a week. Shops set their own delivery times. So some shops might opt to limit their delivery times and days.

Delivery fee

This is the price calculated to deliver your product from the shop to your door. It is dependent on your distance from the shop.

Service fee

This allows us to power your experience with Hood, including adding new features and providing great customer service.

The service fee is fixed and the same on every order.
